Nearby pubs

There are two pubs both within walking distance (1 mile) from the campsite, both can be also be reached without touching a road.

In Farley there is the Hook & Glove at the top of the village, say hello to Pete the landlord and tell him your're camping in Farley and he will give you 10% off. Be warned this portions are very generous. The pub has a lovely front and back garden as well as a petanque pitch. Also they have a resident shetland pony. www.thehookandglove.co.uk

In  the next village over there is the Silver Plough, which is a badger pub with a great front garden and skittle alley. www.silverplough-pitton.co.uk

Also there are numerous pubs and restaurants located in Salisbury, about a 20 min drive away.

BBQ & Catering

Freshly baked pastries and proper coffee are available every morning from the little shop. You can also buy free range eggs, Milk, sausages and dry-cured bacon etc to make our own breakfast. Plus steaks, kebabs, burgers for you to cook on your own BBQ.

 

On the weekends we will be cooking up a selection of delicious things like burgers, pulled pork and chicken kebabs, plus all the accompaniments and fresh salads.

Little Campsite Shop

Our little shop stocks all the essentials such as milk, bread, eggs, beans etc. Wood, charcoal, Kindling, firelighters. Bacon, Sausages, Burgers, Chicken, steaks etc - All from the award winning Traditional Meat Company based on the farm. A selection of chocolate, sweets, biscuits and marshmallows for toasting on the fire pit (rental available). Shops nearby

There are little village shops in Pitton 1.5 miles away, plus a larger village shop in Winterslow village 4 miles away which is open from 7 till 7. 

Plus all the usual supermakets in Salisbury  which is only a 15 minute drive away.
